Professional Cleaning

Depending on your needs and appointment time, you may receive a cleaning at your first visit, or we may schedule it separately—especially if more extensive treatment is needed first.

Treatment Planning

If treatment is needed, we'll:

  • Explain all options clearly
  • Discuss pros and cons of each approach
  • Provide written cost estimates
  • Verify your insurance coverage
  • Create a prioritized plan
  • Never pressure you into immediate decisions

Transferring Your Records

From Your Previous Dentist

We can help obtain your records from your previous dentist, including:

  • X-rays (digital or physical)
  • Treatment history
  • Periodontal charting
  • Other relevant records

To request your records:

  • Let us know your previous dentist's information
  • Sign a records release form
  • We'll handle the rest

Having your history helps us provide better, more informed care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, especially if you haven't completed forms online.

No judgment here! We see many patients returning to dental care after long gaps. We'll assess your current situation and create a manageable plan to get your oral health back on track.

We can often schedule family members back-to-back or simultaneously. Mention this when booking and we'll accommodate when possible.

Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice so we can offer your time to another patient.
