Yes! All three BluSky Dental locations are currently accepting new patients: Centrepointe (Nepean), Holland Cross (Westboro), and McCarthy (South Ottawa). We welcome individuals and families of all ages. Book your first appointment →

Absolutely! If you have a preference, let us know when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though availability may vary.
Yes! We're happy to schedule back-to-back or simultaneous appointments for family members when possible. This saves time for busy families—mention this when booking.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Evening hours: Yes!
- Centrepointe: Wednesday until 6 PM
- McCarthy: Thursday until 7 PM
Weekend hours: Not currently available, but our extended weekday hours accommodate many schedules.
Preparing for Your Visit
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This allows time to complete any remaining paperwork, verify insurance information, and settle in before your exam.
Please bring:
✓ Valid photo ID
✓ Dental insurance card (if applicable)
✓ List of current medications
✓ Recent dental X-rays (if available from previous dentist)
✓ Completed new patient forms (download online)
✓ Any questions you have!
Have dental anxiety? Let us know when booking so we can prepare to make you comfortable.
New patient exam: 90-120 minutes
Routine cleaning: 45-60 minutes
Follow-up exam: 30-45 minutes
Specific procedures: Varies—we'll advise
We'll provide a time estimate when you book.
Changes & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient who needs care.
To reschedule: Call your location directly or reply to your appointment reminder.
Note: Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking availability.
Yes! We send reminders via your preferred method: email, text message, or phone call. You can update your preferences anytime—just let us know.
Emergencies
Call immediately. Don't wait.
We offer same-day emergency appointments for:
• Severe toothache
• Broken or knocked-out teeth
• Lost fillings or crowns
• Dental infections
• Swelling
